pak360 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC.
